Prior to booking, please review our cancelation policy

At Natural Luminance Skin & Body Wellness, we require that all cancelations and schedule changes be made within at least a 48-hour notice of your scheduled appointment. Any cancelations made within less than a 48-hour notice will be subject to a 15% cancelation fee based on the total of your booking. Any no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

You will not be billed unless there is a less than 48-hour cancelation or no show. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy described above and you give authorization to charge the credit card given when you booked your appointment. Thank you.

We value your business and ask that you respect our cancelation policy. We recognize that emergencies may arise. Therefore, cancelations and schedule changes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 

If for any reason your appointment is canceled within less than 48-hours due to the provider's change in circumstances, you will be given a discount to show our appreciation for your understanding and flexibility.
