Booking an appointment at Natural Luminance Skin & Body Wellness can be done easily through our website's online reservation system, by calling the office - *leave a message or text the number provided on our contact page for a faster response time, and via email. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak hours and Saturdays.

Natural Luminance is located inside Park Tower. Park Tower offers ample parking all around the building. Our office is located on the East side of the building, so if you're able to find parking on that side, it offers a shorter distance from the parking lot to the door. This is especially helpful for clients struggling post-surgery, experiencing mobility issues, or suffering from other health challenges.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because Natural Luminance is a private, appointment-based practice, late cancelations and missed appointments leave time that often cannot be filled on short notice.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancelation fee. No-call/no-shows will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service price.

I understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen, and these situations will always be considered on a case-by-case basis. Appointments may be rescheduled once with appropriate notice. However, repeated rescheduling, late cancelations or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.

Yes. Word of mouth marketing helps to keep costs down and allows us to offer services that are, on average, less expensive than other providers. When you refer your family and friends, your support is very much appreciated. If you love your experience and would like to share with your family and friends, you will be rewarded on your next visit following the referred guest's completed appointment.

What to expect:

- $20 credit for your referred adult guest to use toward their first facial or massage service. - $10 credit toward Teen Facial referrals.

- $25 credit for you to use toward your next service (or product purchases for members). Please note, credits must be used one at a time. There will be no rewards, credits or discount stacking allowed.

Product sales are final.  We offer samples and/or the ability to try products in store before you buy. The only reason a product return would be accepted is due to an allergic reaction, which is not common, especially when you have the opportunity to test products through services and at the retail counter. In the case of a reaction, there will be a restocking fee of up to $15 for any returned product to cover the cost of shipping, handling, and the administrative costs incurred. Patch testing is recommended if you are typically a sensitive skin type or schedule a client consultation and skin analysis to assist you with making the best product choices for your skin type and condition. 

Natural Luminance offers a variety of massages including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, Hot Stone, Myo-Fascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, and more. After a proper client analysis and postural assessment, together, we will choose the best massage for your needs.

While you can always come and see me for a lymphatic drainage massage even if you're not exhibiting any specific symptoms, several signs indicate you may need one: 

• You have congestion or fullness in your ears 
• You suffer from headaches  
• You feel fatigued or run down
• Your skin is dull 
• Your skin is dry 
• You have aches and pains with no apparent source  
• Your muscles feel heavy or tender 

If any of these sound like you, then a manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) may be just what you need. This type of massage is perfect for those looking to improve their circulation and detoxify their bodies; it’s also great for reducing swelling from injury or surgery. For example, I've seen many clients who've recently undergone cosmetic surgeries like tummy tucks or BBLs.

Many of my clients have expressed they feel “lighter” or “energized” right after receiving MLD. Several others have reported feeling less pain, improved skin tone, and better overall energy in the days and weeks following their appointment.

In cases where you need MLD after surgery to prevent fibrosis, it is necessary to follow your physicians orders, perform dry brushing at home as directed by your physician or therapist, wear the appropriate garments suggested by your physician, and receive multiple MLD appointments each week to assist in moving the excess waste and fluid to lessen swelling, bruising, and the development of scar tissue. *Please note, in severe cases, and especially after surgery, we may require a physician's note of approval for MLD to be performed. 

Prior to the massage, feel free to ask any questions about the technique or the upcoming session. During the massage, make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else relevant to the session. If you have any questions regarding the session or about the particular technique you are receiving, feel free to ask. 

Yes. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
